Individual Coaching

Individual coaching engagements are a minimum of 90 days in duration and include the establishment of an agreement with clients, and where appropriate their leadership, on the purpose of coaching and their desired outcomes.

This may be supplemented with various assessments as part of the onboarding process.
In all engagements the client leads and is accountable for their own progress.

Emerging Leaders Program

Our program for emerging leaders is designed to support them in understanding how they observe and work with others and their surroundings.

This includes gaining greater insight into their way of being and doing, the influences of their personal and corporate culture, to move from conventional to innovative leadership.
