Approach & Philosophy
I am passionate about fostering greater awareness in other’s capabilities to be resourceful and resilient human beings. My engagements offer opportunities to explore otherwise hidden potential that lead to a material shift in view, actions, and results. This is of particular importance for executives whose purpose is to hold the space for emerging leaders to drive innovative change by disrupting blind acceptance throughout their organization and systems.
Throughout much of my life I have practiced and studied mindfulness-based meditation. By sharing my experience and understanding through individual and group instruction, while incorporating it into my coaching style, I look to bring greater awareness and equanimity to others.

To be effective catalysts for change, we must become powerful observers—of ourselves, of others, and of the various systems in which we live and work. Ontological coaching is an interruption to one’s way of being that allows for sustainable change.
